Gerhard Conradie

Co-Founder and Global Head of Solutions Architecture

Gerhard is a certified MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, NT4/2000) and CNE (Certified Novell Engineer, Netware 5).

He spent a couple of years at Integr8 IT, where he quickly worked his way through the ranks to Technical Manager. Here he grew the technical team from six to 50 over a four-year period. He re-certified to MCSE Windows 2000/2003, and performed Microsoft Premier Support engagements.

Since then he has used his extensive experience to educate, consult and deliver industry leading IT Infrastructure solutions to a multitude of customers.

With a passionate drive for all things IT, he co-founded Evolv Networks in 2005 with Francois Conradie and Patrick Schneider.

Gerhard sees quality staff as the most important asset to any business, and believes that giving them the space to grow as much as they are willing and able to, motivates them to grow Enhalo as well.
